1. Service Provider and Audience
Seller Listing Assistant (the "Service") is developed and operated by Shenzhen Jianmiduo Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company").
The Service is currently provided to invited business users only; account provisioning is subject to mutual confirmation.
2. Scope of Service
The Service is an operations tool for Amazon sellers; its feature scope is described on the Features page.
The Service is an independent third-party software tool, not affiliated with Amazon, and has not been certified or endorsed by Amazon.
3. User Responsibilities
You must hold lawful administrative rights over the stores you authorize and are responsible for the authorization you grant.
You must hold lawful usage rights to all product data, images and other materials you upload, without infringing any third party's intellectual property or other lawful rights.
You must comply with Amazon platform policies and applicable laws and regulations.
4. Responsibility for AI-Generated Content
AI copy and images provided by the Service are assistive outputs and may deviate from the actual product. You must review and confirm all content before publishing and bear responsibility for the final published content.
The Service does not guarantee any sales, ranking, or Amazon review outcomes from AI-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of uploaded materials and associated rights is determined by agreements between you and the relevant rights holders; the Company processes these materials only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
Rights in AI-generated content and their scope of use are governed by applicable law and mutual agreement.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to violate Amazon platform policies or applicable laws, may not misuse others' credentials, and may not use the Service for purposes beyond what these Terms allow.
7. Fees
Current fee arrangements are agreed separately between the Company and its users; nothing on this page constitutes a pricing commitment.
8. Changes, Suspension and Termination
The Company may change, maintain, or suspend the Service for operational needs and will provide invited users reasonable advance notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion; if you breach these Terms, the Company may suspend or terminate the Service to you.
9. Third-Party Dependencies
The Service depends on third-party services including the Amazon SP-API, external AI services, cloud storage, and cloud servers; changes, outages, or restrictions of these services may affect the availability of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of AI-generated content, third-party service outages, or force majeure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction at the Company's location.
